Dear Friends in Christ, Jesus Christ is risen today! Alleluia! Today we celebrate the feast of our salvation. Does anyone seriously believe that the Church would have begun and would have lasted until today if Jesus were not risen from the dead? Easter is a reminder to all of us of the new life that the Lord gives us. We share in his power over death even when life in this world is taken away from us. May that reality give you peace and joy. May all of you have a happy and holy Easter and may the joy of the Risen Christ touch your hearts and lives.
