We want to continue with Children’s Liturgy of the Word at the 10:00 Mass each Sunday. It begins after the Opening Prayer, children from ages 3-6 will be escorted from the Church to the Narthex addition for a Liturgy of the Word designed for young children. There will be child-friendly Scripture readings, an interactive reflection on the day’s readings, and a brief activity; usually coloring. The children will be escorted back to the Church during the Offertory. To do this, we need volunteers to help the young ones. This is a great opportunity for middle school and high school aged students to get service hours.
